Because each portrait is custom made, please allow three weeks from payment to delivery. If you need it sooner, you can include a request in the “Anything Else You’d Like Me to Know? section of the form.
What cards will be used?
If you choose a player background, cards from different teams or seasons from that player may be used.
If you choose a team background, cards from different seasons may be used.
Are orders refundable?
Because each portrait is made specifically for you, all sales are final and orders are non-refundable.

Sports have always been a big part of my life. Beyond playing and watching sports, I wanted to get involved in memorable ways – and did. I spent four years as a Kid Reporter for Sports Illustrated Kids, and set a Guinness World Record for fielding 11 baseball ground balls in one minute. So I’ve always been on the lookout for a way of doing a little something more with my love of sports.
The idea for Sports Card Canvas came by accident.
At the same time that I was getting back into collecting sports cards, I also happened to be exploring various hands-on creative projects. Then it hit me: Why not combine the two?
I found a cool picture of one of my favorite baseball players, pulled together a bunch of his cards to use as a canvas, then painted that cool image on top. Voila! Sports Card Canvas was born. Sort of.
The next big step was taking a picture of me pitching in grade school and painting it on top of a canvas of Justin Verlander cards.
Now, with this website, it’s available to you and whoever’s image you’d like on sports cards of their favorite player (or team).
